At Cyncly Flooring, we will be building the next generation of flooring software.

For the foreseeable future:

• Our service/support levels will not change.
• You won’t have to change your website, flooring software, or from other Broadlume technologies.
  • With that said, Cyncly has a lot of great technology products that we’ll work to integrate into our technology platform.
  • I encourage you to demo all of the new technology that’s now available to you because of this acquisition!

Today we are announcing that we have signed an agreement to be acquired by Cyncly, and together we will be building out the future of Cyncly Flooring.

I am beyond proud of what we’ve been able to accomplish together.

Over the last decade, we’ve helped over 4,000 flooring businesses reach their fullest potential and over 20,000,000 consumers make their spaces amazing.

Every single one of you has played a role in helping Broadlume, and the industry get to this point. Your dedication, creativity, and passion inspired me every day. At no point did this ever feel like a job to me, it felt like a way of life.

Because of your work, today really is the best day there has ever been to be in the floor covering business.

Some of us have been working in flooring for 30 years and others for 30 days, but our commitment to helping push the industry forward is always what unified and motivated us.

It feels like only yesterday that AdHawk, a small advertising technology company, acquired FloorForce, pivoted into the flooring industry, and was fortunate enough to welcome Retail Lead Management, Creating Your Space, Bridgeway Interactive, RollMaster, Freetail, and Banaboom into our journey. Broadlume really was born as an amalgamation of all of our experiences.

You might be asking yourself, why now? And why Cyncly of all companies?

The answer is simple: combining our companies will transform the flooring industry for the better. Our customers have built a remarkable legacy, and it’s our responsibility to help them take it to the next level.
