Broadlume has been acquired by Cyncly, creating a new powerhouse: Cyncly Flooring.
Cyncly Flooring is now the single home for best-in-class flooring technology. All of the industry expertise, relationships, and technology from Broadlume, RFMS, Mobile Marketing, Retail Lead Management, Rollmaster, Pacific Solutions, Freetail, Creating Your Space, and Banaboom will be available to you through one organization.

Background
On December 5, 2024, Cyncly announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Broadlume, a leading provider of digital marketing, visualization and business management software for the flooring industry.
We believe combining Broadlume with the broader Cyncly Flooring organization will enable us connect the entire industry, transforming the way flooring is bought and sold around the world. We are incredibly excited to take this next step in our journey to create the future of flooring.

We are focused on delivering continuity of service for Broadlume’s customers. We are committed to maintaining service levels, supporting current platforms, and empowering customers with better tools and opportunities. No immediate changes to services, platforms, or personnel will disrupt current operations.
Q: Can customers still buy Broadlume’s products and services?
Yes, Broadlume's existing products are still supported. Cyncly will communicate any changes to products and services with ample lead time, and we will listen to the needs of our customers. Our priority is to ensure the success of our customers with consistent delivery of the products and services that power their businesses.
Q: How will Cyncly integrate Broadlume into the Cyncly team?
Cyncly is acquiring Broadlume to connect every flooring industry stakeholder – independent flooring dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and consumers – through the industry's best software. Cyncly Flooring's vision is to provide a complete, integrated platform that helps companies sell faster, easier, smarter. We are going to be operating as one team, and we'll share more details about our path forward in early 2025.
Q: How will this acquisition impact integration between Broadlume’s products and other vendors?
Cyncly and Broadlume have no current intention to change available integrations between Cyncly Flooring products, technologies or services and external parties, as a result of this acquisition.
Q: What will happen to Broadlume's website, digital marketing and associated consumer-facing products?
There are no immediate changes to services or platforms that will affect Broadlume customers’ operations. Moving forward, Cyncly Flooring will offer flooring website and digital solutions that match what your business needs, from a highly scalable, self-service website and advertising solution tailored for the small and mid-market dealer, to a highly customizable, white glove solution designed for the enterprise. We're excited about the opportunities to help every customer reach new geographic markets, new market segments and new verticals, regardless of your size.
Q: I use Broadlume's Business Management software. What will happen to my business?
For existing Rollmaster customers, nothing changes today. We will continue to support you, manage your account and maintain the product. We value your business and understand the importance of Rollmaster to your organization.
Q: Are you making any changes to pricing?
We have no current plans to change pricing for Broadlume customers.
Q: What does this mean for RFMS?
This acquisition does not bring any immediate changes for RFMS. We understand the importance of RFMS to your business and will continue to support you without interruption.
Q: What does this mean for Mobile Marketing?
This acquisition does not bring any immediate changes for Mobile Marketing. Customers can continue to use their current products and tech stack. Cyncly will share more details about our product strategy in early 2025, and will ensure you get the stability and support you need to continue to run your business successfully.
Q: What does this mean for JobRunner customers?
This acquisition does not change any function or support for JobRunner.
